Sportsclub Workout
The focus of Sportsclub Workout is to provide an introduction to sports (basketball, baseball, soccer, track & field, tennis, golf, floor hockey), develop fundamental athletic abilities (throwing, catching, running, kicking, etc.) and an introduction to conditioning activities that build strength, endurance, flexibility and agility, teamwork, playing fair, respecting each other and socialization. Goals
- Provide a basic introduction to sports: rules, offense, defense, teamwork, etc.
- Helping improve fundamental skills such as running, throwing, catching, kicking, etc.
- Build confidence and self-esteem through individualized coaching and positive feedback.
- Give children a physical workout that includes exercise and how it helps to keep you healthy.
- Teach the importance of teamwork and positive attitude.
