Big Partners

Big Partners is a “best of both worlds” program that invites parents/caregivers into the classroom and encourages them to stand back and watch their child’s emerging motor, social and creative skills emerge. Using a gymnastic environment, we continue to refine coordination, balance and strength through playful gymnastic games, exercises and creative movement. In addition, the teacher begins to provide instruction designed to prepare children for the preschool years such as listening skills, following group directions, respect for others, taking turns, and developing an appreciation for the art of “practicing”.  At the teacher’s discretion, parents and caregivers may be faded out of the classroom as the group’s confidence and independence grows.
